Cacao-Avocado Pudding
Ingredients:
4 avocados
1 cup coconut water (you can also use almond milk)
½ cup raw honey (or agave nectar)
1 cup raw cacao (or cocoa powder)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sea salt
Directions:
Slice avocados, remove pit and scoop out the inside. Combine all ingredients in a blender, loading liquids first, and then blend on high for 30-45 seconds. Scrape out pudding and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Makes 3-4 cups depending on avocado size.
